Blood Orange Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Barr an Uisce Irish Whiskey

  • .5 oz simple syrup

  •  1 oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice

  • Angostura butters

  • Blood Orange Wheel

  • Maraschino Cherry

Method

  • Stir Whiskey, simple syrup and juice.

  • Pour into an old fashioned glass with one large ice cube and a maraschino cherry.

  • Dot with Angostura bitters

  • Garnish with blood Orange wheel.

Hot Toddy

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Barr an Uisce Wicklow Rare

  • Hot water

  • ½ oz. Honey

  • ¼ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 3-5 Dried Cloves

  • Slice of Lemon

Method

  • Crush one sprig of rosemary and add to your cocktail shaker.

  • Combine all other ingredients and ice

  • Shake vigorously

  • Strain into rocks glass over one large cube of ice

Whiskey Maple Sour

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Barr an Uisce wicklow Rare Irish Whiskey

  • 1.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

  • .75 oz Maple syrup

  • Rosemary Sprigs

Method

  • Combine the whiskey, water, honey and lemon juice in the toddy glass and gently stir

  • Push the dried cloves into the lemon slice and put into the glass

Ingredients

  • 2oz. Barr an Uisce Wicklow Rare Irish Whiskey

  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • Apple Cider

  • Mint leaves

Method

  • Later ingredients over ice and stir

  • Garnish with mint leaves

The Emerald Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Barr an Uisce Wicklow Rare

  • Italian Vermouth

  • Orange Bitters

Irish Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Barr An Uisce Wicklow Rare

  • ¼ oz. Lemon Juice (fresh)

  • ½ oz. Raw Honey Simple Syrup (Can substitute with Bärenjäger Honey Liqueur)

  • Lemon Round

  • Orange Bitters of your choice

Method

  • Slice the lemon round and place in the bottom of your coupe glass

  • To a Boston Shaker filled ¾ with ice: Add the Barr An Uisce Wicklow Rare Whiskey, Lemon Juice, Raw Honey Simple Syrup

  • Cap and Shake hard for 20 or so seconds. Strain into the lemon treated coupe. Dot with orange bitters and serve

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Barr An Uisce Wicklow Rare Blended Irish Whiskey

  • 1/2 oz. Ginger Liqueur

  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup

  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

  • Lemon wedge garnish

Method

  • Pour Barr An Uisce Irish Whiskey, ginger liqueur, simple syrup and lemon juice into mixing glass

  • Shake contents thoroughly and strain into iced rocks glass

  • Garnish with lemon wedge
